MANCHESTER CITY CROWNED PREMIER LEAGUE CHAMPIONS

We are just 24 hours on from Manchester City being crowned the Champions of the Premier League for the 3rd time in 4 seasons and for the 5th time in their history!

Pep Guardiola's side have excelled since the difficult pre-Christmas period but since then they have produced massive results most notably in the Champions League as well!

With 3 games remaining of the 2020/21 season for the newly crowned champions, it won't be a record breaking season or even a 90 point season but as Guardiola stated himself it was definitely the most hard fought title they have won.

Including Saturday's defeat to Chelsea, Pep Guardiola's side have only been defeated 5 times this season in the Premier League, 4 at home and only 1 away. Those 5 teams can now proclaim that they have beaten the PL Champions and have stolen 3 points from the team that have their ribbons on the trophy. What a statement!

It's not only the League Cup and the Premier League trophies Man City will be adding to the cabinet this season they are also in the fight for their first ever Champions League trophy and Pep's first in almost a decade! It may not be the classic treble but it certainly would be an impressive one if the Citizens could pull it off.

Congratulations to Manchester City and Pep Guardiola for winning another Premier League title and once again they may not hold the most league titles or the most trophies but one thing is for certain they are making history!
